Line Manager is invite-only. Accounts cannot be created from
the app store. A team owner or coach invites you, and you join their team with
that invitation. There is no public sign-up, and no way to find or message
anyone outside your own team.

- InjuriesTrack who is out and when they are expected back, so lineups reflect reality.
