Terms of Use

Line Manager — Coraxis Labs LLC · Effective October 7, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Coraxis Labs LLC (“Coraxis Labs”, “we”, “us”), the maker of the Line Manager mobile app and the websites at linemanager.coraxislabs.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and, if you receive text messages from us, our SMS Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Line Manager

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.
• Accounts are created by invitation from a team. You must give accurate information, including your date of birth, and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may not use the Service if we have previously suspended or removed your account, or if you are barred from receiving it under applicable law.

2. Teams, roles and responsibilities

Line Manager organises people into teams. Team Owners and Admins manage their team: they can invite and remove members, set roles, edit the roster, schedule games and events, record stats, attendance, injuries and season dues, and share documents. Coaches and Captains have some of these abilities.

• Information about other people. If you enter information about someone else — a player’s name, photo, phone number, email, injuries, military service branch or similar — you confirm you have their permission (or their parent’s or guardian’s, for a minor) to do so, and that it is accurate.
• Invitations. Before you enter a phone number or email address to send an invitation, you must have the recipient’s permission to contact them. Invitations are one message per tap; see our SMS Policy.
• Team data belongs to the team. Rosters, schedules, stats, chats and documents are shared with the team’s members and stay with the team when a member leaves or deletes their account, as described in our account deletion page.
• Season dues. Dues tracking only records whether a player has paid. Line Manager does not process, hold or transfer money; payments happen outside the Service and are between you and your team.

3. Content Policy — zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post, upload, send or share, in chat, photos, documents, profiles or anywhere else in the Service:

• harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation or encouragement of self-harm;
• hate speech or content that discriminates on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or veteran status;
• sexually explicit, pornographic or graphically violent content, and any sexual content involving minors;
• spam, scams, phishing, malware, or commercial solicitation;
• content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes anyone’s intellectual property or privacy (including sharing someone’s personal information without permission);
• impersonation of another person or misrepresentation of your affiliation;
• anything else that targets or demeans another team member.

Content that breaks this policy may be removed, and users who post it may be blocked from chats, removed from teams, or have their accounts suspended or terminated, without notice.

4. Reporting, blocking and moderation

• Report a chat message by long-pressing it and choosing Report message. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and acted on as described above.
• Block any user: their messages are hidden from you. Manage your block list from your profile picture → App settings → Blocked users.
• To report abuse outside the app, email privacy@coraxislabs.com.
• We may review reported content and take any action we consider appropriate, but we do not monitor all content and are not responsible for content posted by users.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Coraxis Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your team. This licence ends when your content is deleted from the Service, except for content that, as described on our account deletion page, stays with the team. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it.

6. Notifications and messages

The Service sends push notifications (chat messages, @mentions, game and attendance reminders, team events and documents); you can change these in the app or your device settings. Mentions and @here alerts sent by teammates may reach you even when you have muted a chat. Invitation emails and text messages are sent only when a team administrator requests them. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.

7. Not for emergencies, medical or crisis care

Injury records are a team-organisation tool, not medical advice or treatment. The Veterans Support tab links to the U.S. Veterans Crisis Line (call 988 and press 1, or text 838255), which is operated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, not by us. Line Manager is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access another person’s account or data without permission, or try to get around the Service’s security or access controls;
• scrape, copy or harvest data from the Service, or use automated means to access it;
• interfere with or overload the Service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows;
• use the Service to send unsolicited messages or to contact people who have not agreed to be contacted;
• use the Service for any purpose other than organising your sports team.

9. Suspension, termination and deletion

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (profile picture → your name → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access, or remove content, if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users or the Service. Sections 5 (as to content that stays with a team), 10, 11, 12 and 13 survive termination.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Google Firebase (hosting, sign-in and storage), Twilio and Twilio SendGrid (invitation texts and emails), and OpenStreetMap (maps and place search; map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL). Links to other websites open outside the app. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that schedules, stats, reminders or other information will be accurate or delivered on time.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORAXIS LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

14. App store terms

If you downloaded the app from Apple’s App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and Coraxis Labs only, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content, have no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and are not responsible for any claims relating to the app. Where you obtained the app from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You must also comply with the store’s own terms of service.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, ask you to accept them in the app before you continue to use it. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
